Episcopalian Diocesan Center 75 South, 200 East Salt Lake City, UT 84111	Culp Construction Company 2320 South Main Street Salt Lake City, UT 84115 801-486-2064	Footing, foundation and retaining walls, as well as decorative flatwork concrete, and equipment pads. Challenges include a very tight working area and coordination with other subcontractors, in winter working conditions.
Union Heights Office Tower 7740 South, 1300 East Sandy, Utah 84094	Raddon Brothers Development 1111 East Draper Parkway Suite 101 Draper, UT 84020 801-556-1553 Bud Call, Ron Raddon	Concrete construction of a six story office building including placing of reinforcing steel and concrete for footing, foundation and concrete decking. Central mat footing included a single pour of 580 cubic yards of concrete over 4 feet thick.
Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District Four Wells Pump Stations Project	Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District 8215 South, 1300 West West Jordan, UT 84088 Contact: Dave Norman (801) 565-4300 Stantec Consultants 3995 South, 700 East Salt Lake City, UT 84107 Contact: Jared Oldroyd (801) 261-0090	Project involved the construction of four deep well turbine pump houses turnkey, including connecting to existing service lines, installation of chemical storage and feed systems, with water system surge protection and blow-off systems. Challenges included the coordination of men, equipment and materials at four independent sites spread throughout the valley in residential areas, as well as traffic control during hot tapping tie-ins to main water distribution lines during off peak times, with minimal traffic and neighborhood disruption.
Battle Creek 3MG Irrigation Tank 2nd South, 1600 East Pleasant Grove, Utah	J-U-B Engineers 240 West Center Street Suite 200 Orem, Utah 84057	Mass excavation and construction of a 3 million gallon open top irrigation tank including associated site and street piping tie-ins. Hillside construction required mass excavation of over 33,000 cubic yards of native material. Tank floor was constructed in a single pour of over 600 cubic yards.
IPS-Cephalon 4745 Wiley Post Way Salt Lake City, Utah	IPS 2001 Joshua Road Lafayette Hill, PA 19444 (610) 828-4090 Greg Call	Project consisted of all footings, foundation, flatwork and mechanical pads for a 185,000 sq.ft. pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Project was successfully completed using the design build process and required complex coordination and cooperation and was successfully completed on time and on budget.
